Nutmeg belongs to the Myristicaceae family and is native to Indonesia. Nutmeg is used as a spice in food for its unique flavour and also to flavour beverages. It has also been used as an age-old remedy for improving physical as well as mental well-being. Nutmeg is used in Ayurveda to improve sleep, health and immunity
